Fixed-Rate Securities

Do you have clients who have cash investments such as bank accounts, GICs or Canada Savings Bonds? Clients who are skeptical about moving their investment over to mutual funds? Globe HySales now offers a powerful new feature — fixed-rate securities — which allows you to more realistically illustrate these investments and show clients the higher returns potential received through investing in an investment fund. This new feature can be used to create portfolios which contain fixed-rate investments, as well as compare these types of investments to an investment fund. Very realistic, this new feature can also illustrate fixed rates out to two decimal places and can even reflect sales fees and taxation of interest payments.

To take advantage of this easy-to-access feature, go to the ‘Hypothetical View’. On the ‘Contents’ tab of the ‘Hypothetical View Settings’, click the <Add to Contents> button in the ‘Fixed Rate Security’ box and enter your desired rate. Click <OK>.
