We have designed Globe HySales to be intuitive and easy
to use. Most people who have any level of familiarity with Windows
software programs are able to easily figure out the program
with little or no coaching simply by trying out the various
features.
For the user that wants more detailed information, a complete help system is
available in the software. Select "Help Topics" from the Help menu at any
time. Click on "Contents" to browse through the chapters
and read about any topic you choose, or "Index" to look up help files
by subject. Any help topic may be printed
by selecting the "Print" button.
Finally, for novice users, we have provided a "Quick Start" feature
that lists all the major features and important concepts in the
program in an easy to understand graphical menu format. Simply
click any of the buttons to get started. Globe HySales will either
open the help file to the topic of interest or, in the case of
program features, automatically switch to the selected
feature and display a step-by-step list to walk you through it and teach you how it should be used.
By default, Globe HySales always starts up with the Quick Start
view, and this may be the best place for even experienced Globe
HySales users to begin to familiarize themselves with this new
version. Once you have mastered the program, you can turn off
Quick Start so that Globe HySales starts up in the spreadsheet
view by clearing the checkbox at the bottom of the screen.
